Where do we get our pieces?

Everywhere and anywhere. We choose every item with a focus on ethical, independently owned and high quality labels. 

Where are we based?

Northern New South Wales, Australia. 

How often do we ship orders?

We send orders out every Tuesday and Friday. This is subject to public holidays, which, in this case, we ship the next available work day. 

What condition are your preloved pieces in?

We source high quality pieces that we assess carefully. We then sanitise, press, and/or dry clean with environmentally considerate processes wherever possible. Finally, we provide detailed descriptions and photos of each piece. Preloved pieces, if they have any flaws, will be noted and photos included in listings.

Authenticity of pieces?

All of our pieces have been researched and we have carefully included brands that we are confident in. If you have any questions regarding the condition or authenticity of any pieces please get in touch, we would love to hear from you!
