Returns

We know the personal struggle of online shopping and the anxiety it can produce... Thats why we recommend, if in doubt, don't purchase! We want you to be 100% on your items and love your pieces. 

If you are 100% on the piece and you want to purchase, we LOVE that! In this case, just a heads up:

We DO NOT accept returns on the basis of:

  • It does not suit me.
  • I have changed my mind.
  • Damaged in transit (this is the postie's domain).
  • I thought I’d wear it to brunch. Then I remembered I don’t go to brunch.

We DO accept returns on the basis of:

  • If the item is vastly different from the listing description.

If this is the case, please contact us via our contact page and we will sort you out ASAP.

Again, we LOVE questions and want you to have a spectacular shopping experience, so go ahead and ask (yes there is such thing as a stupid question, but, we kind of love stupid! ;) ).
